They are calculated automatically at checkout based on destination and weight.

RETURN POLICY

We want you to be happy with your ARKHIRA piece.
If you need to make a return, these are the steps and conditions:
1. CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS
Fully customized pieces (designs created especially for you) are made to order and are non-refundable, except for manufacturing defects.
2. DEADLINE FOR REQUESTING A REFUND
We accept returns of standard products within 14 calendar days of receiving the order, within the EU. We do not accept returns for countries outside the EU.
3. PRODUCT CONDITIONS
To accept the return:
– The bag must be unused and in perfect condition.
– You must keep all its original packaging (bag, cards, protectors, etc.).
– Returns of damaged, used or tampered products will not be accepted.
4. REFUNDS
Once we receive the part and verify its condition:
– We will process the refund within approximately 5–10 business days.
– The refund will be made to the same payment method used for the purchase.
5. RETURN COSTS
– The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
– If the product arrives defective or with an origin problem, ARKHIRA will cover the cost of return shipping.
6. CHANGES
We do not make direct changes.
If you want a different model or color, you will need to return the product and make a new purchase when it becomes available.
